SUPER SQUAD 2023

I. CONTEST DESCRIPTION:
Super Squad is a skill-based game conducted by Jio Platforms Limited (“JPL”), which can be played on the Platform (hereinafter defined).

II. DEFINITIONS:
1. For the purposes of the Terms and Conditions, the expressions used as shown herein-under shall have the meaning ascribed to them as shown herein-below:
1.1. “Brand Room” shall mean rooms made available by the Company in Super Squad.
1.2. “Bumper Prize” shall mean collectively the Tournament Prize(s), Weekly Prize(s) and Match Prize(s) for the Platform(s), as and when made available by the Company at its sole discretion.
1.3. “Bumper Prize Winner” shall mean collectively the Tournament Winner, Weekly Winner and Match Winner for the Platform(s), who is awarded Tournament Prize(s), Weekly Prize(s) and / or Match Prize(s) respectively.
1.4. “Company” means JPL and/or such of its affiliates, associates, representatives or service providers as may be nominated by JPL from time to time;
1.5. “Day” means Indian Standard Time starting from 00:00:00 hours till 23:59:59 hours.
1.6. “Daily Leaderboard” shall mean a scoreboard showing the Eligible Participant wise Points earned, in aggregate during all Matches of the Day; highest Points across all Platform(s) being on the top of the Leaderboard.
1.7. “Daily Challenges” shall mean 7 Challenges as defined in Clause III (4) (4.5) made available by the Company which can be accessed by an Eligible Participant from the homepage of PAG under the JioEngage tab of the Platform(s);
1.8. “Eligible Participant” shall mean any person who registers and/or participates in the PAG and who (i) is above eighteen (18) years of age as on the date of participation; (ii) is a citizen of India (iii) is of sound mind and health , (iv) is not a resident of the states of Andhra Pradesh and Nagaland and Sikkim; and (v) agrees to enter into and participate in the PAG in accordance with the Terms and Conditions;
1.9. “Grand Category” shall mean such category of Weekly and Match Prizes, as and when made available by the Company at its sole discretion, which can be won by user only once during the Tournament period;
1.10. “Gold Category” shall mean such category of Match Prizes which can be won by user multiple times during the Tournament period subject to maximum capping fixed by the Company at its sole discretion;
1.11. “Innings” means the allotted number of Overs per team for batting or bowling in a Match;
1.12. “JioEngage” shall mean the module present within the Platform(s) on which PAG is made available for playing and can be accessed by an Eligible Participant during the Tournament.
1.13. “Jio subscriber” means a subscriber of telecom services provided by Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited (“RJIL”). Any other subscriber is a “Non-Jio subscriber”;
1.14. “Leaderboard” shall mean Season Leaderboard, Weekly Leaderboard and Daily Leaderboard as the case may be and made available in common for all users playing PAG across all Platform(s) taken together;
1.15. “Legal Delivery” means a single action of bowling a cricket ball toward a batsman and excludes extras in any form (wide and no-ball) and dead balls;
1.16. “Match” means a cricket match played between 12 January 2023 and 15 January 2023 as part of the Tournament;
1.17. “Match Prize(s)” shall mean the prize that will be awarded to the Match Winner, as may be announced by the Company from time to time;
1.18. “Match Winner(s)” shall mean such number of the shortlisted Eligible Participant(s) as may be selected from and amongst the Eligible Participants who have completed all 7 Daily Challenges, as determined in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, during a Match at the sole discretion of the Company. The Match Winner(s) are eligible for the Match Prize(s) as stated in Clause V (1) of these Terms and Conditions;
1.19. “Offline Games” shall mean games made available by the Company which can be accessed by an Eligible Participant from the homepage of PAG under the JioEngage tab of the Platform(s).
1.20. “Over” means six Legal Deliveries bowled by a single bowler;
1.21. “Other Prizes” shall mean Prizes other than Bumper Prizes and includes coupons / vouchers, etc. as may be determined by the Company from time to time.
1.22. “Other Prize Winner” shall mean winner of Other Prizes.
1.23. “Per-ball Question” shall mean a question asked for every Legal Delivery in a particular Over during the course of a Match;
1.24. “Platform” means (i) MyJio Application available on Android and / or iOS only, owned and controlled by the Company; (ii) JioTV Application available on Android and /or iOS only, owned and controlled by the Company; (iii) any other digital platform or application where JioEngage module is embedded as a software development kit owned and controlled by the Company and/or its Affiliates; and (iv) any other digital platform or application owned and controlled by the Company and/or its Affiliates where the PAG is made available during the Tournament.
1.25. “Play Along Game” or “PAG” means the quiz game titled “Jio Cricket Play Along” which will be played by an Eligible Participant in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and shall include, but not be limited to, Super Squad (made available inside PAG and independently via a separate banner), any other game and contest forming part of the PAG and/or based upon the Tournament and contemplated under the Terms and Conditions;
1.26. “Powerplay” means a feature in PAG, which once applied by the Eligible Participant, will entitle the Eligible Participant to earn 2 times the points for correct answers submitted for the next 3 consecutive Overs. Eligible Participant can use a Powerplay option only if the same is available with the Eligible Participant as per the terms laid out in Clause III (4) (4.2). If the Innings is completed / finishes before 3 consecutive Overs, then the Eligible Participant will be able to score 2 times the points for only those questions asked prior to the completion and/or ending of Innings. Eligible Participant can only use a maximum of 1 Powerplay per Innings if the same is available to the Eligible Participant;
1.27. “Points” shall mean eligible points earned as determined in accordance with the Terms and Conditions which are considered for Season Leaderboard, Weekly Leaderboard and Daily Leaderboard as the case may be; and does not include Super Squad Points.
1.28. “Prizes” shall mean Bumper Prizes and Other Prizes as may be determined by the Company from time to time;
1.29. “Poll Question” shall mean a question asked in PAG to take opinion or vote of the Eligible Participants regarding the Match, Tournament or any related subject.
1.30. “Pre-Match Question” shall mean a question asked in PAG before the Match starts.
1.31. “Question” shall mean Per Ball Question, Pre-Match Question, Poll Question, Special Question, Third Umpire Question or any other questions that the Company may implement from time to time;
1.32. “Special Question” shall mean a question asked in PAG on any extra deliveries beyond 6 Legal Deliveries in any Over of a Match, during breaks or time-outs of the Match;
1.33. “Stipulated Time” for the purposes of the PAG shall mean the period until which the Company permits an Eligible Participant to answer any question forming part of the PAG;
1.34. “Super Over” shall mean a tie-breaking method used in limited-overs cricket matches, where each team play a single, additional over of six balls to determine the winner of the match.
1.35. “Season Leaderboard” shall mean a scoreboard showing the Eligible Participant wise Points earned, in aggregate during all Matches of the Tournament; highest Points across all Platform(s) being on the top of the Leaderboard.
1.36. “Super Squad” means a Tournament based online fantasy game made available by the Company which can be accessed by an Eligible Participant from the homepage of PAG and/or by clicking on Super Squad banner made available separately on JioEngage;
1.37. “Super Squad Points” shall mean points earned by an Eligible Participant in Super Squad.
1.38. “Terms and Conditions” means these terms and conditions governing the PAG, as stated herein and as may be amended by the Company from time to time;
1.39. “Third Umpire Question” shall mean a question asked in the PAG on decision of such off-field umpire who makes the final decision in question referred to him by the two on-field umpires;
1.40. “Tournament” means the Sri Lanka Tour of India ODI Series 2022-2023 scheduled to be played from the period of 12 January 2023 and 15 January 2023;
1.41. “Tournament Prize(s)” shall mean the prize that will be awarded to the Tournament Winner, as may be announced by the Company from time to time;
1.42. “Tournament Winner(s)” shall mean such number of the shortlisted Eligible Participant(s) as may be selected from and amongst the Season Leaderboard who have scored the highest Points, as determined in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, in aggregate during all Matches of the Tournament at the sole discretion of the Company. The Tournament Winner(s) are eligible for the Tournament Prize(s) as stated in Clause V (1) of these Terms and Conditions;
1.43. “Winner(s)” shall mean Bumper Winner and Other Prize Winner; as may be determined by the Company from time to time in terms of these Terms and Conditions.

III. PROCEDURE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PLAY ALONG GAME:
1. Participation
1.1. The Eligible Participants may participate in the PAG by registering on the Platform. The PAG will be available on the Platform as per the schedule (“Schedule”).
1.2. The Schedule could be added to, modified or cancelled based on programming / technical requirements and in the event the Tournament is for any reason rescheduled, extended, cancelled or terminated early.
1.3. The cellular mobile number from which the registration is received or such cellular mobile number which is associated with the credentials used for registration on the Platform(s) will be used to identify the Eligible Participant as a unique identification number. We urge the Eligible Participants to use the same cellular mobile number / associated cellular mobile number, used in the process of registration where they would be clearly be identified as the Eligible Participant of the PAG.
1.4. Any entry for participation in the PAG is not transferrable.
1.5. The Eligible Participant may be required to furnish necessary supporting documentation as proof of age, address, name, photo identity and nationality that may be required by the Company at the time of awarding a Prize to the eligible Winner.
1.6. The Company may, at its discretion, contact the Eligible Participant(s), if required, for any clarifications needed for the information provided and Eligible Participant will provide the requisite information.
1.7. The Company has the right at any time to require proof of identity and/or eligibility from Eligible Participant. The Company may, at its discretion, contact the Eligible Participant(s), if required, for any clarifications needed for the information provided by the Eligible Participant and Eligible Participant will provide the requisite information.
1.8. The failure to provide proof or affidavit of eligibility, including the valid identity proof/ proof of name, address and correct date of birth within the time as stipulated in the Terms and Conditions or upon request by the Company may result in disqualification. The Company also reserves the right to disqualify an Eligible Participant in case where a discrepancy is found to exist in the information furnished/provided/stated by the Eligible Participant with the Company or any of the Company’s sub-contractors and partners/vendors in the PAG, and/or in the information stated in the documents furnished by the Eligible Participant or at any time.
1.9. All personal details and information requested by and supplied to the Company by each Eligible Participant must be truthful, accurate, up-to-date and in no way misleading. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any Eligible Participant(s) from the PAG at its sole discretion, should the Eligible Participant(s) at any stage supply untruthful, inaccurate or misleading personal details and/or information.

2. Registration
2.1. Download the Platform from the iOS App store and/or Android Play store. Please note, the Platform download is free of cost, however data charges may apply. For further details, please contact your telecom operator.
2.2. (i) Registration on MyJio: Register phone number (For Non-Jio Subscriber - Input mobile number and OTP sent on the number provided). Please note that non-Jio customers will not be allowed to proceed without confirmation of their mobile number. Please note that we will be able to get in touch with you, if needed, only if the mobile number you have input is registered with the service provider in India.
(ii) Registration on JioTV: Register using Jio mobile number or Jio ID. In case you have registered using the Jio ID, the mobile number associated with such Jio ID shall be will be used to identify the Eligible Participant for the purposes of PAG and shall be used for any communications as and when required by the Company for facilitating the distribution of Prizes. Please note that for the Company to send out any communications to you, the mobile number used for registration / associated with your Jio ID has to be one which is provided by a telecom service provider in India. Further note that, you need a valid Jio mobile number only which should be associated with Jio ID to login JioTV on android / iOS and access PAG.
2.3. Click on “Jio Cricket Play Along” banner under the JioEngage tab of the Platform(s).
2.4. Select language preference. For ease of playing the PAG, the Company may enable language preferences namely English/ Hindi. Though the Company will endeavour to retain the accuracy while translating, the Company will not be responsible for translation error. In case there is a dispute on any translated content, the content in English will be considered as final and prevail to the extent of such dispute / conflict and rules of the game will be applied basis the content in English. By default, the language will be English and you can change language to Hindi from Settings tab. Please note that change in translation will be only for certain features.
2.5. An Eligible Participant has to mandatorily provide confirmation with regards to the acceptance of Terms and conditions and also a declaration that he / she is not residing in the state of Sikkim, Nagaland and Andhra Pradesh in order to participate in the PAG.
2.6. Eligible Participant to click on the “Play Now” tab. Please note that the “Play Now” tab will only be available as per the Match timings during the live telecast of the Tournament.
2.7. In the event the Eligible Participant uses a SIM card or otherwise associates a SIM card with Jio ID (in case of JioTV), which is not registered in their name for the registration process; the Company will not be responsible to track such Eligible Participant.
2.8. In the event it is not possible to determine with certainty the Eligible Participant who registered using a particular mobile number or Jio ID, that entry would be disqualified. Eligible Participant(s) are requested to use mobile numbers or Jio IDs with associated mobile numbers which are unique to them.
2.9. The Points and Super Squad Points won by a PAG are allotted against a particular mobile number or associated mobile number with Jio ID used for registration which are SIM specific. Therefore if the PAG changes the SIM to a different device, then the Points and Super Squad Points will move along to that particular device.
2.10. Taking part in the registration process shall be deemed to be acceptance by the Eligible Participant to receive promotional messages from the Company or any third party so authorized by the Company.
2.11. The procedures for registration and participation in the PAG are subject to the Terms and Conditions stated herein. Non-conformance by any Eligible Participant(s) to the Terms and Conditions will disqualify such Eligible Participant from participation or winnings, immediately, as the case may be.
2.12. Eligible Participant can share the link to play the PAG with phone contacts. The recipient can select the link for download, to access the Platform and commence the registration process.

3. Charges for the PAG
3.1. The PAG is free of cost, however data charges may apply. For further details Eligible Participant to contact your telecom operator.
3.2. Eligible Participant(s) to check with their respective telecom operator for any other applicable charges. In case any PAG registers while roaming in a different circle/zone/country, additional roaming rates may apply. Eligible Participant(s) to contact their respective telecom operator for the applicable rates.

4. Playing Rules
1. Super Squad:
1.1. An Eligible Participant can access Super Squad by clicking on Super Squad button available on homepage of PAG under JioEngage tab of the Platform(s) and/or by clicking on Super Squad banner made available separately on the Platform(s);
1.2. The Company may, in accordance with the laws prevailing in certain Indian states, bar individuals residing in such states from participating in the Super Squad. Currently, individuals residing in the Indian state of Sikkim, Nagaland and Andhra Pradesh may not be able to participate in Super Squad due to the respective state laws.
1.3. An Eligible Participant has to mandatorily provide confirmation with regards to the acceptance of Terms and conditions and also a declaration that he / she is not residing in the state of Sikkim, Nagaland and Andhra Pradesh in order to participate in Super Squad.
1.4. Playing Rules:
i. On every Match day, any time after the end of the previous Match and before the start of the next Match, an Eligible Participant can enter into a Brand Room to participate in Super Squad by creating a Super Squad Team.
ii. An Eligible Participant can enter a Brand Room by spending stipulated room fees in the Super Squad (“P”).
iii. P's can be earned in 4 ways: (a) 1000P on the first day of Super Squad; (b) 100P on each subsequent day when user visits Super Squad (c) Super Squad Toss Points (d) Super Squad Performance Points (collectively referred to as “Super Squad Points”).
iv. An Eligible Participant can join any number of Brand Rooms before start of the Match subject to the availability of Ps in his account. Notwithstanding the foregoing, each Brand Room has a stipulated limited number of seats available on first come first serve basis, which are shown against respective Brand Room on the Eligible Participant’s screen. No Eligible Participant can enter a Brand Room if the stipulated seat limit reaches.
v. On joining a Brand Room, an Eligible Participant can create ‘Super Squad Team’ (hereinafter defined below) by spending stipulated player costs in the Super Squad (“C”).
vi. A total of 100 Cs are credited to each Eligible Participant on joining the Brand Room. Eligible Participant can select eleven (11) players from a pool of players participating in such Match, using such 100 Cs credited to him/her by the Company, thereby forming a Super Squad team (“Super Squad Team”) for such Brand Room. Any remaining balance of Cs left with the Eligible Participant after creating the Super Squad Team shall lapse.
vii. For avoidance of doubt, an Eligible Participant shall select a minimum of three (3) and a maximum of eight (8) players from each playing team of such Match.
viii. An Eligible Participant can create only one Super Squad Team per Room.
ix. If an Eligible Participant has already joined one Brand Room, Eligible Participant can also use the existing Super Squad Team to join another Brand Room instead of creating a new one at Eligible Participant’s sole discretion.
x. An Eligible Participant can create a Super Squad Team which should compulsorily consist of 1 wicket keeper, 3 batsmen, 3 all-rounders and 4 bowlers.
xi. An Eligible Participant should compulsorily choose Captain and Vice-Captain of the Super Squad Team created by him / her. No Brand Room can be joined unless the Super Squad Team is created and submitted as per above steps, before the start of a Match.
xii. The Eligible Participant can create / edit his / her Super Squad Team only before the start of the Match or such other deadline as may be determined and notified by the Company from time to time on the game screen.
xiii. An Eligible Participant will be asked question on toss, which can be answered before actual toss happens in the live game. An Eligible Participant cannot alter/edit the toss answer. An Eligible Participant will be credited with 50 Super Squad Toss Points on correct toss prediction which will get added to the P's balance available with the Eligible Participant for joining new rooms.
xiv. Eligible Participant is entitled to Super Squad Performance Points basis the performance of his/her Super Squad Team players in the Match in accordance to the table below:

* Super Squad Performance Points credited to Eligible Participant shall be tripled and doubled for the players selected in the Super Squad Team as Captain and Vice-Captain respectively.
Note: If any runs or boundaries are scored on an overthrow, no performance points shall be assigned to the Eligible Participant or the on-field player.
xv. A room specific leaderboard shall be made available by Company for each Brand Room (“Room Leaderboard”) which shall display Eligible Participant wise Super Squad Performance Points, highest scores being on the top of the Room Leaderboard with 1st rank. Eligible Participants with top ranks on the Room Leaderboard shall be awarded Prizes defined for each Brand Room by the Company at its sole discretion, subject to the Guaranteed Winners count as defined and shown against each Brand Room on the Eligible Participant’s screen. In case, more than one Eligible Participant scores the same highest number of Super Squad Performance Points, an Eligible Participant joining the respective Brand Room first shall be given higher and prior rank over the other Eligible Participant.
xvi. Total Super Squad Performance Points earned by an Eligible Participant in aggregate for all Brand Rooms joined for a Match shall be added to the P's balance available with the Eligible Participant at the end of the Match.
1.5. The Eligible Participant acknowledges and agrees that Super Squad Points earned by participating in Super Squad are not included in the Points earned by such Eligible Participant which are considered for Leaderboard.
1.6. Scores maintained by the Company or any official scorer as appointed by the Company from time to time will be considered as final. Company shall have the liberty but not the obligation to publish Room Leaderboard with respect to the aggregate Super Squad Performance Points scored by the Eligible Participant(s) with respective ranks. Please note that Room Leaderboard shall be common across all Platform(s) and will display the scores and ranks of Eligible Participants separately for each Platform and that the Eligible Participant acknowledge and agrees that scores across multiple Platform(s) shall not be merged in any case to compute the ranks. The Room Leaderboard shall not be displayed for all the Eligible Participants and only 50 top ranking Eligible Participants with respective Super Squad Performance Points shall appear on Room Leaderboard. The Room Leaderboard is indicative only, and may not be up to date across all Eligible Participants and the Room Leaderboard data cannot be used as evidence in any manner. Due to high participation volume, server load, software malfunction, etc., the Super Squad Performance Points calculation may not be immediately correct. In the event, the Squad Performance Points calculations are incorrect, Company will correct the same. This could result in changes to the Eligible Participant’s Squad Performance Points. Company will have no obligation to intimate any Eligible Participant in the event the Squad Performance Points are corrected.

1. Winner Declaration and Pay-out / Prize handover
1.1. The Company reserves the right, at its discretion, to institute one or more Prizes for the PAGs and the terms and conditions attendant thereto, including whether such Prizes are daily, weekly, cumulative, non-cumulative or any combination thereof. Every sub-category of Winners may not have Prizes.
1.2. The Company reserves the right to offer or withdraw any of the Prizes as provided herein-under, at any point of time, including after they have been announced.
1.3. The Company may, in its sole discretion, exclude an Eligible Participant from participating in any part of the PAG which may include without limitation (i) circumstances which, in the Company's view, renders the Eligible Participant unfit to participate therein; (ii) inability to produce documentation specified by the Company proving the identity of the Eligible Participant; (iii) any other reason that, at the discretion of Company, would adversely impact the Company or the PAG. At no point of time will the Company be obliged to notify unsuccessful Eligible Participants of its decision.
1.4. Company will use the mobile number used to register on the Platform or mobile number associated with Jio ID used to register on the Platform by the Eligible Participant to identify the Winner of the Prizes won, if any. Inability on the part of the Eligible Participant to accordingly show or provide the required identification proof could entitle the Company to disqualify the Eligible Participant from any winnings, if declared.
1.5. Whilst the Company shall make all reasonable endeavours to (i) enable Eligible Participant(s) to proceed with participation in the PAG (ii) to contact all Winner(s) at each relevant juncture of the PAG, the Company can make no guarantee thereof and the Company shall in its sole discretion be entitled to proceed with the next entitled Eligible Participants who are eligible to be Winners under the Terms and Conditions, in case it is unable to successfully contact and communicate with Eligible Participant(s)/ Winner(s) in terms hereof.
1.6. The Company will have no liability towards an Eligible Participant who is unable to take part in the PAG for whatever reason and the Company shall be entitled to disqualify the Eligible Participant(s) from the PAG at any time, at the discretion of the Company.
1.7. The Company further reserves the right to replace at its discretion any Winner(s) who for any reason fails or is disqualified from or unable to participate in the PAG with another Eligible Participant who has scored the same number of points and is otherwise eligible to be a Winner, notwithstanding that such Eligible Participant may have been previously eliminated from the PAG and each Eligible Participant shall agree to collect the Prizes as and when required by the Company to do so.
1.8. If at any point it is determined by the Company that any person has tampered with the Platform, the PAG, or any data / servers / database / etc. related to the PAG, the Company reserves the right at its discretion to revoke or cancel points or winnings of any such Eligible Participant and / or initiate litigation as deemed fit and necessary by the Company.
1.9. The delivery of any Prize, including the terms and conditions applicable thereto, shall be determined by the relevant sponsor thereof. Neither the Company nor the sponsor will be responsible should the Winner refuse to accept and/or be unavailable or incapacitated in any manner whatsoever to accept the Prize as made available.
1.10. Any and all taxes and/or levies applicable on the Prize(s) won by the Winner(s) under the laws of India shall be borne by the Winner(s) and/or relevant sponsors in relation to the relevant Prize.
1.11. The Prize(s) to the Winner(s) shall be subject to deduction of all applicable taxes and levies and subject to the relevant Winner(s) providing the relevant documents as may be prescribed by the Company and/or relevant sponsor within stipulated time and subject to the Winner’s adherence to the applicable conditions, for the purposes of availing the Prize(s).
1.12. Where any Prize involves a trip to any destination, the travel dates confirmed by the Company will be final and no changes to the same will be accepted. If the Winner or the companion, if applicable; is not available for the confirmed dates, then the Winner will be disqualified and the Prize will be forfeited. The Eligible Participant will be required to send attested copies of valid passport of the Eligible Participant and his/ her companion, PAN card of the Eligible Participant and any other documents that will be required to arrange for the Eligible Participant’s and companions’ visa and travel to the destination within the stipulated time.
1.13. The Winner agrees that the delivery of his/her relevant Prize may be delayed as a result of a delay in submission of documents and/ or any force majeure events which are not within the control of the Company.
1.14. The Winner hereby agrees that he/ she shall not hold the Company responsible for any delays and/ or disputes and/or claims arising out of any Prize that such Winner may be entitled to, and shall indemnify the Company against any and all such claims.
1.15. The Winner hereby agree that any in case of any disputes/ claims arising out of any Prize, the same shall be addressed directly to the relevant sponsor of such Prize and the Company shall not be held responsible for the same.
1.16. The Company may refuse to pay winnings or reclaim all sums paid to Winners in the event of any fraud, dishonesty or non-entitlement on the part of any of such Winner(s) to participate in the PAG under the Terms and Conditions.

2. Promotional Activities
2.1. The Company may, at its sole discretion, promote any products and/or services of its sponsors or third parties during the PAG (“Promotional Activities”). For such Promotional Activities, the Company may provide any Eligible Participant with any goods and/or services and/or merchandise (“Promotional Materials”).
2.2. The Promotional Materials may be provided by the Company at any time during the PAG.
2.3. The Eligible Participant agrees that any footage or any photographs of any nature of the Promotional Activities shall vest with the Company, including but not limited to all intellectual property rights and any other rights for worldwide and in perpetuity.
2.4. The Eligible Participants who are provided with the Promotional Materials agree that they shall co-operate with the Company and participate in any activity and/or campaign of any nature whatsoever without any money payable to such Eligible Participants.

IV. RESPONSIBLE GAMING
1. The Company cares for its Eligible Participants. The Company tries to protect the Eligible Participants who are at risk of potential negative effects of online gaming through a number of means. Most people play online for fun and entertainment, but we recognize that a small percentage of people will attempt to play when they’re underage or allow playing online to control them and affect their lives.
2. It is illegal for anyone under 18 to participate in PAG. PAG is open for Eligible Participants over 18 years of age who are not residing in the state of Andhra Pradesh, Nagaland and Sikkim. We take declaration from users that they are over 18 years of age and not a resident of the state of Andhra Pradesh, Nagaland and Sikkim. We reserve the right to ask for additional age verification information from the user and suspend the user’s account until he/she provides information that verifies appropriate age to our satisfaction. If a user is found to be underage, that user’s account will be terminated. Other legal ramifications may also apply.
3. The Company shall on a best effort basis try not to target under-age individuals with marketing /advertising means.
4. The Company believes in providing a platform for entertainment and not a platform for making monies. In order to ensure this vision reaches the Eligible Participants, the Company does not take real-money or award winners with real money at any time for participating in PAG.
5. Responsible gaming means making sure parents understand the importance of supervising their children’s online activities. The internet is readily accessible in many homes in India. As a result, we would like for us and parents to work together to protect children from playing underage fantasy sport.
6. Tips for parents:
a. Do not leave children unattended near your mobile phone when you are playing the PAG.
b. Do not allow under aged children to participate in any Daily Fantasy Sports activity.
7. If the user is worried about spending a lot of time on PAG then he/ she can self-exclude
himself/herself from our website.

V. SYSTEMS AND AVAILABILITY
1. Eligible Participant agrees and acknowledges that all the features and additional features as stipulated in clause III (4) and clause IV such as Daily Rewards, Watch and Earn, Super Squad, Tournament Insider, Say Thank You, etc.; shall be made available on different Platform(s) at the sole discretion of the Company and all the features / sections / segments of the PAG might not be available on all the Platform(s).
2. The Company will not be responsible for any break or disconnection or disruption in network connectivity in any manner, due to network congestion or signal loss or any other technical reasons, irrespective of the network being used. Network issues can disrupt various aspects of the PAG such as receipt of questions and answer options, receipt of any sound, text, image or audio files related to the question, receipt of answer chosen by the Eligible Participant, etc. The Eligible Participant is advised to remain in an area with a strong and stable/ continuous mobile network signal of the telecom operator or internet service provider to ensure smooth functioning of the PAG.
3. Any loss or outrage or dissatisfaction suffered by the course of playing the PAG by a Eligible Participant would not be the responsibility of the Company and/or its associates/ affiliates and the Company or its associates / affiliates will not be responsible to make good any such loss or dissatisfaction.
4. All attempts will be made to protect the data from loss and corruption, but in the event such data loss happens, Company may have to continue with whatever data is available, or in any other manner as it may deem reasonable. The Company should not be held responsible for any loss of data or the action taken on account of the same. The Company will not be held responsible to make good any such loss or dissatisfaction on account of such loss.
5. In the event the response of the Eligible Participant is not for any reason received within the Stipulated Time period for the question, such Eligible Participant would be not be able to get points in the event that question(s) was correctly answered by the Eligible Participant. The Eligible Participant can continue to answer questions once re-connected to the central PAG game server(s). Company or its vendors and partners are not responsible for any such instances.
6. In case multiple answers are received from an Eligible Participant for the same question, Company has the right to choose the first answer entry received from that Eligible Participant. If multiple entries are received at the same time, then the Company will chose any of the answer entries received. Scores calculated basis this will be considered final and would be updated only on the PAG subsequently at a later date.
7. Prior to start of play of the PAG, the Eligible Participant must check that Platform is operational and functioning correctly. The Eligible Participant is advised to keep adequate RAM and phone memory available to ensure smooth functioning of the PAG. Quitting other applications on the device will also help towards smoother gameplay in case of some phones.
8. Eligible Participant is advised to keep the device from which the PAG is played, adequately charged. Low battery will result in shut down of the network and / or device and that will result in the Eligible Participant not being in a position to play along with the Match.
9. The server used to communicate with the Eligible Participant has adequate redundancies built into it. However, in rare cases, the server is down during the play, the Company will, at its discretion but not as an obligation, determine such measures as it may deem fit, including cancelling certain sections or segments or question(s) from being scored and/or awarding points to all the players for that section, or any other means at the discretion of the Company.
10. Every effort will be made to coordinate the questions on PAG with the SD & HD feeds of the Tournament, such that the live telecast of the Match coincide with the questions as they appear on the PAG. However, since this is heavily dependent on satellites, networks, receivers, connectivity, cloud issues and various forms of latency, there could be instances of inaccurate alignment. These would be outside the control of the Company or its affiliates/associates and neither the Company nor its affiliates or associates will be responsible for any consequences or liability arising therefrom, to any part whatsoever.
11. All Eligible Participants need to adjust the device display, font and resolution to default size or lower to ensure that they are able to play the PAG on their devices properly. If not, then the “Play” and answer options might not appear on the device screen during gameplay. In case the Eligible Participant is not able to play the PAG on account of this, the Company will not be responsible in any manner whatsoever.
12. The Eligible Participant acknowledges that all possible issues may not have been identified by the Company and its partners, and agrees to hold harmless the Company and its partners for the application, network, process, technical or any other failures. Any losses, injury, discomfort, loss of privacy, inability to participate or any other discomfort of any sort caused to the Eligible Participant or the Eligible Participant’s property or device shall not be the responsibility of the Company or its partners.
13. No person (i.e., either the Participant, or any person on behalf of the Participant) shall initiate litigation against the Company or its partners in any manner without first providing the Company a complaint and an opportunity to address the complaint. 14. In case any unauthorized activity is observed on the PAG, that particular Eligible Participant will be disqualified to play till such time as the Company deems fit. The Company would not be responsible in any manner whatsoever on account of such disqualification.
15. Company shall not be liable for any failure of the application server or system in the course of playing the PAG.
16. The Company shall endeavour to make all reasonably practicable arrangements, it cannot guarantee or assure seamless connectivity or continuous availability of the application, server, system or software to the Eligible Participants during the conduct of the PAG as these are dependent on external utilities/ service providers and factors which could be beyond control of the Company.
17. Company and its sub-contractors are not responsible for delayed receipt or non-receipt or incomplete receipt or corrupt receipt of answers.
18. The Company accepts no liability and shall not be responsible and/or liable in any manner whatsoever in case the Eligible Participant(s) are unable to participate in the PAG due to failure on the part of the telecom operator, facility provider, etc., or due to capacity constraints.
19. It shall not be open for the Eligible Participant(s) or any of their representatives to require an audit or verification of scores, randomizer/ selection software or any other criteria, process or system adopted by the Company as part of the process of conduct of the PAG or selection of Winners resulting therefrom. No enquiries, appeals, verbal or written, shall be entertained in this regard.

VI. CONFIDENTIALITY AND PUBLICITY
1. The Company shall keep all the information collected from the Eligible Participants confidential and shall not share the information so collected with any party, save and except for the purpose of the present PAG. The Eligible Participant by providing the aforesaid sensitive personal information hereby agree that the Company shall have the right to share the information so collected with such other third party as required for the purpose of the PAG and hereby agree that they shall not file any claim against the Company for sharing of such personal information. Any information shared by the Eligible Participant to the Company shall be handled by the Company in terms of the privacy policy of the Company available at https://www.jio.com/en-in/privacy-policy.
2. None of the Eligible Participants shall, without the prior written approval of the Company, speak to the press or any other media or any third person, nor give any interviews or comments relating to any aspect of the PAG. The Eligible Participant shall not disclose any information whatsoever relating to the Company to any other party. Violation of this clause shall immediately disqualify the Eligible Participant’s prospects of further participation.
3. The Eligible Participant shall at all times keep confidential all particulars and details regarding the PAG.
4. The Winner(s) of the PAG as announced by the Company from time to time, agrees that he/she shall make himself/herself available from time to time and co-operate with the Company and participate in any activity and/or campaign of any nature whatsoever without any money payable to the Winner(s). Further, the Winner(s)/ Eligible Participant(s)shall at no point of time refuse or disagree to participate in any such campaign or activities for any reason whatsoever if required by the Company. The Winner(s)/ Eligible Participant(s)/ agrees that the footage of any nature shall vest with the Company, including but not limited to all intellectual property rights and any other rights for worldwide and in perpetuity.
5. Any photographs, videos etc. submitted by the Eligible Participants/Winners to the Company or recorded, shall on submission / creation become the property of the Company and shall be available to the Company for exploitation throughout the world in perpetuity. The Eligible Participant(s) shall ensure that the photos or videos submitted by them in any public domain or their performances shall not be obscene, vulgar, defaming, denigrating women or children, hurting religious sentiments, depicting violence or shall not infringe the rights of a third person. The Eligible Participants shall solely remain liable for any action (criminal/civil) arising therefrom.
6. Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the Eligible Participant constitutes permission for the Company, including its affiliates, to click photographs, record videos of the Eligible Participant(s) and use the Eligible Participant(s) name, photographs, likeness, voice and comments for advertising and promotional purposes in any media worldwide for purposes of advertising and trade without any additional compensation whatsoever.

VII. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The participation in the PAG(s) shall be considered to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The Eligible Participant hereby represents that he/she is not under any exclusive contracts with any other third party/ agency or is not under any kind of disqualification under law to enter into an agreement with the Company and / or its affiliates, as the case may be.
3. The Eligible Participant shall undertake, warrant and guarantee to the Company that the Eligible Participant has the full legal capacity to participate in the PAG in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
4. The Eligible Participant acknowledges that he/she has voluntarily chosen to participate in the PAG at his / her free-will and is willing to bear all risk, costs & consequences arising from such participation in the PAG.
5. The Eligible Participant shall not have any claim against the Company and/or any of its affiliates connected with the PAG for the same. The Company or any of the affiliates connected with the PAG shall not be responsible for any such eventuality and the Eligible Participant(s) shall not be entitled to claim any compensation from the Company.
6. In the event of any fault, misunderstanding or dispute concerning any part of the PAG, and/or the operation of the telephone system, the selection of Winner at any stage, or the validity of any question or answer options, inaccuracy in scores, failure of technical infrastructure including the feed infrastructure, the decision of the Company shall be final and binding on all Eligible Participant(s) and other persons. The Company is empowered to take a decision on any case or instances not covered by the present Terms and Conditions including selection of Winners basis original logs and / or revised logs captured at the sole discretion of the Company and ignoring edge cases / error cases within tolerance limit defined by the Company at its sole discretion.
7. The Company reserves the right to amend (add, delete or modify) the Terms and Conditions prospectively or retrospectively, at its discretion and without prior notice, in order to improve the PAG or remedy any issues that occur or for any other reason as the Company may deem fit.
8. The Company has the right at any time to terminate the PAG without any prior intimation or notice to the public and also the Company is not obligated in any manner whatsoever to compensate any person or persons who have participated in the PAG.
9. Registration or participation in the PAG does not guarantee a Prize or award.
10. If the operation of the PAG; the recording or broadcast of any/all of the Match/Tournament is prevented by an event of force majeure or otherwise, the Company may cancel all or any part of the PAG, or take such other decision as it deems fit.
11. In case the Winner(s) is found to be in violation of any and all rules/process of the PAG, the Company reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings against such person(s) including but not limited to having the concerned Winner to refund the Prize money together with penalty interest as deemed fit by the Company. If at any time, including after disbursement of Prize, any information submitted by the Eligible Participant(s) is found to be incorrect, false, or otherwise misrepresented or misleading, the Eligible Participant(s) shall be liable to refund all amounts received from the Company/ the Company is liable to reclaim the Prizes from the Eligible Participant(s).
12. The Eligible Participant acknowledges and agrees that he/she may receive certain notifications relating to the PAG on their device. At any given point of time, if the Eligible Participant decides to not receive notification, he/she may turn off such notifications through settings tab of the PAG. The Company shall also provide an option of ‘Notify Me’ under the PAG using which the Eligible Participant can request the Company to remind him/her of any activities under PAG. To disable the option, the Eligible Participant has to opt out of notification under the settings tab of PAG.
13. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held by any court or other competent authority to be void or unenforceable in whole or part, the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions and the remainder of the affected provisions shall continue to be valid.
14. These Terms and Conditions and the PAG shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and the Eligible Participant(s) submit irrevocably to the jurisdiction of the Courts in Mumbai.
15. The Company is empowered to take a decision on any case not covered by the present Terms and Conditions.
16. In the event, an Eligible Participant’s location details captured by the Platform indicates that he/she is residing in the states of Sikkim, Nagaland and Andhra Pradesh then such an Eligible Participant will not be permitted to proceed to sign up for any match in the PAG including Super Squad.
17. The Company is in no manner whatsoever responsible and/or shall not be held liable in any manner whatsoever, for any physical injury, death, mental trauma caused to any Eligible Participant(s) and/or the Winner (s) in any manner whatsoever, in relation to the PAG and/or Prize.
18. The Winner(s) and/or the Eligible Participant(s) of the PAG agrees that he/she shall hold harmless the Company, its employees, officers, sub-contractors or any other person in connection with the Prize won by him/her and/or in relation to the PAG/Tournament including but not limited to the procedure in the PAG and shall also not file in person/ through any family member and/or third party any applications, criminal and/or civil proceedings in any courts or forum in India against sponsor and/or the Company to claim any damages or reliefs.
19. The Company and / or any of its affiliates shall not be liable for any loss of earnings, employment or otherwise caused to the Eligible Participant(s) and arising as a result of his/her participation in the PAG.
20. The Company and / or any of its affiliates shall not be liable for any content provided by third party partners on the PAG.
21. The Eligible Participant(s) hereby agree to indemnify the Company and its affiliates against any claims that might arise from their actions or omissions while participating in the PAG.
22. The only way to enter PAG is through participation as described in Terms and Conditions. There is no other way of entering the PAG. Any person claiming that he/she can help get you wins for a consideration is defrauding you. Please contact your local police and report this person immediately.
